Our unique Campus model
Our campus model offers our customers high quality sustainable workspace with great transport infrastructure, beautiful public realm, world class retail and engaging amenities. Our campuses provide customers with flexibility and allow complementary businesses to cluster.
Our customers are looking for the best space to attract and retain staff in a competitive jobs market while at the same time helping them meet their net-zero goals. They prefer places which are well connected and have a range of amenities nearby. Our Campuses are unique in delivering in all these areas: because we own the spaces between our buildings, we can curate an engaging public realm and our placemaking activities help to foster a sense of community amongst our occupiers and with local people. The campus model allows our customers to grow with us – they can upscale on or between our campuses and we provide additional flexibility through Storey, enabling them to take additional space on a short term basis.
We are increasingly focussed on delivering new space for customers in high growth life sciences and innovation sectors in London and across the Golden Triangle (London, Oxford and Cambridge) where supply is constrained. Our campus at Regent’s Place, in the centre of London’s Knowledge Quarter, is uniquely positioned to unlock exciting growth opportunities given the importance of proximity to research and education organisations to life science and innovation customers. Canada Water has the potential to be another significant innovation cluster, while our acquisition of Peterhouse Technology Park, and the land adjacent to it, is our first campus in Cambridge.

“Opening a place in London where people can buy, eat and learn is a very important and exciting milestone for us. Being able to bring our model into a place that is so significant, stimulates us to create in London a wonderful multifunctional experience.”

“100 Liverpool Street stood out for us because the design was exceptional. The floor plates enabled us to consolidate our businesses onto a single level which was a priority and it gave us a real identity, because we’re one of only a few companies in the building. Plus, Broadgate is a vibrant hub with strong environmental credentials and that has real value for our people. British Land demonstrated a real willingness to accommodate us at every step, and we’ve been thrilled with the result.”
Steven FineCEO Peel Hunt, Broadgate
